FileZilla Server is another product of FileZilla Client. This is an FTP server that is supported by the same project and features support for FTP and FTP over SSL/TLS.
The main features of Filezilla are:
- Site manager : allow users to create a list of FTP sites along with their connection data, such as the port number to be used, the protocol used, and whether to use anonymous or normal. To log normal, user name and optionally they will be stored. Override the password is optional.
- Message log (Log message) : is displayed at the top of the window. This feature displays the graphical output of the console (console-type) that shows the orders sent by FileZilla and responses received from the server.
- File and folder view displayed under the message log, provides a graphical interface for FTP. Users can navigate the folders and view and change the content on the local computer and a server by using the Style Explorer interface. Users can drag and drop files between the local computer and the server.
- Transfer queue : is displayed along the bottom of the window, showing the real-time status of each queued or active file transfer.
